Chef Jonathan Sparber

Jonathan Sparber is the consulting resident chef at 2am:lab. He is challenging himself by approaching each project in a different way to create a unique and creative experience for the guests and the team.

Previous experiences are two years in London, being part of the reopening of The Savoy, working for Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Spice Market London.

In Amsterdam where he stayed for 5 years, working in the galleys of renowned 5-star Hotel chains including Roberto’s Amsterdam Hilton, Restaurant Toscanini, Restaurant Vermeer and Restaurant La Rive.

Today Jonathan works alongside Janice Wong at the 2am:lab.
